You can order a car of any capacity - from a Micro for two to a bus.

Specify the date and time of the meeting, choose the payment method. After placing the order, a confirmation of the trip - a voucher - will be sent to your email.

At the right time, the driver will be waiting for you at the place. He will take you to the car and take you to the hotel.
Start by entering the airport name or code, hotel name, resort or even a specific address in the search form. Enter the destination details in the same way. Make sure you specify the date and time of boarding, the number of passengers, the desired currency for payment and then click “Find”. You will see a list of available cars with detailed information about what is included in the price. Choose the taxi transfer you like, enter the necessary details and proceed to payment. Once the order is confirmed, the voucher will be available in your personal account.
You can find the instructions for boarding a car or bus before placing an order and after paying for the order, the instructions will be posted in your account. Before paying for the order, read the terms and conditions – not all cars include the meeting with a sign service.

Your voucher contains detailed instructions on how to board the vehicle, maps of meeting points, and contact information for your driver and the transportation company. In any situation where you cannot find your tour transfer, please use the contact information provided (including WeChat, WhatsApp, Viber) for assistance.
Each vehicle description indicates how long the transport company will wait for the customer. If the flight is delayed longer than the specified waiting time, you must contact the transport company directly by phone, + WeChat/WhatsApp/Viber, indicated in the voucher.
In case of flight cancellation/delay, you can cancel the order in your personal account. The conditions for canceling the trip are specified in the order.
